Wellness Retreats

Since 2020, I’ve been facilitating small wellness retreats in the beautiful Northern Rivers near Byron Bay, with new offerings soon to be held in Sydney and across Australia. These retreats are designed as restorative and reflective experiences that support your general wellbeing through movement, breathwork, meditation and creative workshops. They are complementary to psychotherapy but do not replace clinical treatment.

Each retreat is an opportunity to:

  • Pause and reconnect with yourself

  • Explore gentle practices such as yoga, meditation, and breathwork

  • Enjoy creative workshops and time for reflection

  • Slow down, rest deeply, and return with renewed balance

These retreats are offered through Inner Peace Wellness and are structured as wellness and reflective experiences. They are not psychotherapy, do not involve clinical treatment and are entirely voluntary. If you are seeking clinical mental health support, please refer to the Services page for psychotherapy options.

These retreats may appeal to people who wish to:

  • Take a break from daily stress

  • Explore mindfulness, breathwork or gentle movement

  • Engage in creative reflection

  • Spend time in natural environments

My interest in wellbeing reflects an appreciation for the mind–body connection often highlighted in holistic approaches. These retreats offer space for reflection and rest, and while they do not involve clinical mental health treatment, many participants find them a supportive complement to their personal growth work.
