Services & Fees

Session fees are outlined below.

Sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with professional ethical standards. Medicare rebates are not available for this practice, which allows sessions to remain private and not appear on your medical record.

Flexible appointment times are available to accommodate work and personal commitments.

This is a fully private practice. A GP referral is not required.

The number of sessions is guided by your individual needs rather than a fixed program structure.

My approach is integrative and evidence-informed, drawing on established therapeutic models tailored to your individual needs. These may include trauma-informed, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) narrative, EMDR, psychodynamic psychotherapy and mindfulness-based approaches where appropriate.

Most psychotherapy are offered as standard 50-minute sessions. Longer sessions and EMDR intensives may also be available where clinically appropriate.

EMDR Focussed Intensive Programs

1 person

Alongside standard 50-minute therapy sessions, I also offer longer EMDR sessions for clients who would benefit from more focused and uninterrupted trauma processing.

An EMDR intensive provides additional time to explore a particular experience, trigger or pattern without needing to stop just as the processing begins to deepen. Intensives may be helpful for people who feel stuck around a specific issue, want to work on a clearly identified trauma or prefer a more concentrated approach than weekly therapy.

Depending on your needs, an intensive may involve:

  • a longer EMDR session of approximately 2–3 hours

  • multiple half-day programme

  • preparation and assessment before the intensive

  • planned breaks, grounding and regulation throughout

  • a follow-up integration session

EMDR intensives are not suitable for everyone. Before booking, we will arrange an assessment to explore your goals, current wellbeing, trauma history and whether an intensive format is clinically appropriate for you.

Intensives are tailored to the individual and may focus on areas such as:

  • a single traumatic event

  • intrusive memories or distressing images

  • relationship or betrayal trauma

  • grief and loss

  • fears, phobias or panic

  • longstanding negative beliefs

  • performance anxiety or confidence blocks

Offering a longer session does not mean rushing the therapeutic process. Safety, preparation, time for processing in-between sessions and pacing remain central throughout the work.

Please contact me to discuss whether an EMDR intensive may be suitable for you.
